Come and get up close and personal with honeybees at our Cobtree Manor Park Apiary, Aylesford.

Your 4-hour beekeeping experience is perfect for anyone who loves bees, nature, ecology or simply wants to discover where honey comes from.

During your experience, you will:
🐝 Learn the basics of beekeeping
🐝 Get up close to a real honeybee hive
🐝 Watch the bees at work and see what happens inside a hive
🐝Suit up, identify the queen and hold a frame
📸 Have your photo taken
🍯 Enjoy a buffet lunch (Supplied by Sainsbury’s)
🕯️ Make and take home your own beeswax candle
🍯 Take home a jar of our delicious runny honey

With a maximum of just 6 people per session, this is a relaxed, hands-on experience with plenty of opportunity to see the bees up close and ask questions.

We are UNABLE to offer any other dates than those stated.  We are UNABLE to offer the experiences at the weekends as our shop is open. Our experiences are only on selected WEDNESDAY’S.

You will be required to complete 2 forms before the experience. We will send these via text two weeks before your experience. If these forms are not completed you will not be able to attend the experience and will forfeit your voucher.

You can book individually, with a friend or as a family (min age 8 yrs). 
Please note; If booking for an UNDER 18 they will need to be accompanied by a full paying adult. We reserve the right to refuse any under 18 attending without a full paying adult

Please note that the date selected at the time of booking is fixed and non-transferable. Once your experience has been booked, the date cannot be cancelled or changed at short notice.
If you are unable to attend on your chosen date, the voucher will be considered redeemed and cannot be transferred to another date.
Please ensure you are able to attend on your selected date before completing your booking.
